01 About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Midcore Operations LLC. They do not govern any engagement you contract for. Engagements are governed by the scope document and master services agreement signed by both parties, which take precedence over anything on this site.

02 What Midcore is, and is not

Midcore Operations LLC is a consulting and managed services firm. We are not a bank, acquirer, card issuer, payment facilitator, or sponsor, and we do not hold, transmit, or settle funds. Program approval, underwriting, and pricing are determined by the licensed partners you contract with.

Nothing on this website is an offer of banking, payment processing, card issuing, lending, or payment facilitation services, and nothing here creates a client relationship.

03 No professional advice

Content on this site, including insight articles and service descriptions, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Do not act on it without advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field.

04 Representative engagements

Case material on this site is anonymised and illustrative. It describes the shape of typical engagements. Figures are illustrative and are not a representation, warranty, or guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, your partners, and factors outside our control.

05 Partner decisions are not ours

Program approval, underwriting, pricing, and continued participation are determined by the licensed partners you contract with. We introduce, advise, prepare, and manage process; we do not approve, underwrite, or guarantee any outcome with a processor, bank, sponsor, or issuer.

06 Vendor neutrality

Midcore accepts no referral fees, commissions, revenue shares, or placement payments from processors, banks, gateways, card issuers, sponsor banks, or software vendors, and holds no reseller or agent agreements with them. It never takes a percentage of residuals, recoveries, merchant revenue, or cloud spend.

If a vendor offers an inducement, it is disclosed to the client and declined.

07 Intellectual property

This site, its content, and the Midcore Operations name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit the content commercially without written permission.

Work product created during an engagement is owned by the client, with ownership transferring as each deliverable is accepted, as set out in the governing agreement.

08 Acceptable use

• Do not use this site unlawfully, or to transmit malicious code.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as a search engine acting reasonably.
• Do not submit another person's information through our forms without their permission.

09 Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The courts located in Montana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12 Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
