Privacy Policy
Effective 21 August 2026. How we collect, use, and protect personal information.
This document is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by counsel before you rely on it. It is not legal advice.
01 Who we are
Midcore Operations LLC ("Midcore", "we", "us") is a consulting and managed services firm registered in the United States, with a business address at 1001 S. Main St. #13032, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our engagements, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
02 Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, company, work email, phone number, and whatever you write in a contact or consultation form.
- Engagement records. Where you become a client, the documents and system access you provide us under the scope document and any non-disclosure agreement in place.
- Technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring page.
- Correspondence. Emails, call notes, and messages exchanged with our team.
03 Why we use it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with processors, banks, gateways, card issuers, sponsor banks, or software vendors for their own marketing purposes.
- To respond to your enquiry and to schedule and conduct a consultation.
- To deliver an engagement you have contracted for, including the Assess read and any subsequent work.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- To improve this website and understand which content is useful.
04 Information collected automatically when you use a form
When you submit an enquiry we record technical context alongside what you typed: the page and section the form sat in, the page you first arrived on, the pages you viewed in that visit, the site or search that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, and browser time zone.
We also record the IP address the submission came from and derive an approximate location from it. That location is inexact. It frequently resolves to your network operator rather than to you, and a VPN or corporate network will place it somewhere else entirely. We do not collect your street address and we do not ask your browser for satellite location.
- Purpose. To route the enquiry to the right practice lead, to reply in context, and to understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
- Retention. Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for our normal business record-keeping afterwards.
- Your rights. You can ask us what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address at the end of this policy.
05 Forms you start but do not send
If you begin filling in a form and then leave the page without submitting it, the information you had already typed is transmitted to us together with the same technical context described above. We use it only to follow up on an enquiry that appears to have been interrupted.
We are telling you this plainly because it is the kind of collection people do not expect. If you do not want a partially completed form to reach us, clear the fields before you navigate away, and nothing is sent.
These records are treated exactly like a submitted enquiry: same purpose, same retention, and the same rights to access, correction, and deletion. Write to us and we will delete an interrupted enquiry on request.
06 Calls, texts, and SMS consent
Where you tick the consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us at the phone number and email address you provided, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can submit an enquiry by email or phone instead.
Message frequency varies with the stage of your enquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not stop email or telephone contact about an engagement you have asked for.
Mobile numbers and consent records collected through this site are used only to contact you about your enquiry or engagement. We do not sell them, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
07 Client records and confidentiality
Records you share during an engagement are handled under the non-disclosure agreement and scope document governing that engagement. Access is scoped to what the work requires, logged, and revocable by you at any time.
We publish no client names, no partner or vendor names, and no client metrics. Case material is published only in anonymised form.
08 Sharing and processors
We use third-party service providers for hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and customer relationship management. These providers process information on our instructions and under contract.
Our delivery teams may be US-based, offshore, or blended, as approved by you before work begins. Where information is processed outside your jurisdiction, appropriate safeguards are applied.
09 Retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Engagement records are retained for the term of the engagement and for the period required by the governing agreement and applicable law, then deleted or returned.
10 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, write to Hello@midcoreoperations.com. We will verify your request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
11 Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site behaves.
12 Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. We never hold, transmit, or settle funds, and we never request access we do not need.
13 Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your information, should go to Hello@midcoreoperations.com, or to Midcore Operations LLC, 1001 S. Main St. #13032, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA.
